KEENE R. KELLEY is an associate in the firm's New Orleans office. Mr. Kelley has extensive general, commercial and environmental litigation experience. Mr. Kelley focuses his practice primarily upon general commercial litigation, environmental law with an emphasis upon Federal and State environmental regulatory compliance and administrative law; transactions with an emphasis upon the allocation of environmental liabilities.
Keene R. Kelley is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit; the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Louisiana, the Louisiana Supreme Court and all courts of Louisiana.
